Payment of registration fees

Applicants will receive a confirmation of registration and a request to transfer payment. The registration fee is to be paid upon the confirmation of registration. The place at the Winter School is secured as soon as the payment has been received by the organiser.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. The cancellation notification must indicate a bank account to which a (possible) refund may be remitted.
Registration cancellations made prior to 20 January 2025 will be refunded minus 50% of the registration fee. No registration refunds will be made after this date. In exceptional circumstances, the registration may be transferred to another person in the applicant’s institution if the person meets the acceptance criteria. This transfer must be requested and confirmed in writing (email to whocc@goeg.at) and authorised by the organiser.
