Fees and Cancellation Policy

Standard fee:

  • Early Bird till June 16, 2019: 700,- Euro
  • After June 16, 2019: 900,- Euro

Reduced fee for governmental / public bodies / authorities / universities / academics / researchers:

  • Early Bird till June 16, 2019: 450,- Euro
  • After June 16, 2019: 580,- Euro


All registration fees include:

  • participation in all activities of the conference programme
  • refreshments and lunch on both conference days
  • reception at the venue on October 23rd, 2019

Payment of registration fees

Registered participants will receive a confirmation of registration and a request to transfer payment. Fees have to be paid within four weeks of registration, otherwise the registration will expire.
Payments have to be done through wire transfer using the bank details in the confirmation email.


Three places at the conference are available where the conference fee will be waived (following defined criteria). However, eligible participants for scholarships have to cover their travel and accommodation costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for registration will only be accepted in writing. The cancellation notification must indicate a bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Registration cancellations made prior to June 30, 2019 will be refunded minus 20 % to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. Alternatively, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty. This transfer must be advised to the Conference Organisers in writing.
