A cross-country (or cross-national) medicine price comparison aims to survey and analyse data on medicine prices in more than one country. Within a country, further comparisons can be made, such as across sectors (e.g. public versus private sector) or between groups of medicines (e.g. originator versus generic medicines). cf. price study
