We proudly announce that the Pharmacoeconomics Department at GÖG has been re-designated as WHO Collaborating Centre for Pharmaceutical Pricing and Reimbursement Policies for another four years until July 2026.
With the re-designation the Department’s long-standing cooperation with WHO (since 2010 as WHO Collaborating Centre) and the contribution to affordable access to essential medicines and medical devices worldwide is honoured. In the new period the Collaborating Centre supports the WHO and its Member States through scientific advice and technical assistance, methodology development and by promoting market transparency and information sharing between Member States through training and capacity building activities.
