Verena Knoll, MA, joined the Pharmacoeconomics department at the Austrian National Public Health Institute (Gesundheit Österreich) in December 2022. She studied Health Management in Tourism at FH Joanneum Bad Gleichenberg and further obtained a Master’s degree in International Health and Social Management at MCI Innsbruck. At the department, she is involved in the various project on pharmaceutical policy analysis as well as on medical devices. Verena is part of the PPRI sectretariat as well as the regional PPRI Africa secretariat. She has been involved in further capacity-building activities in the activities of the WHOCC Vienna, such as the organisation of the PPRI conference in 2024 and Summer/Winter Schools for competent authorities at the department.
